Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as great as you look in your TradeMutt gear, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
